The
Murcia Export Promotion Plan is sponsoring the participation of a group of 7 companies from Spain involve in the
agricultural technology sector. In collaboration with
HPP Worldwide, one of the leading organisers of horticulture/ floriculture events internationally, the
Ethiopian Horticulture Producer Exporters Association (EHPEA), plans to hold
HORTIFLORA ETHIOPIA 2009 from 25
th to 27
th March 2009 at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center which will be attended by exhibitors from different countries including growers of flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs and suppliers of inputs (breeders, propagators, fertilisers and agro-chemicals) and green-house suppliers.
The Ethiopian Horticulture and Floriculture Industry keeps on developing in a fast pace and it is expected to place itself on the world map within 3 to 5 years as one of the leading exporters of cut flowers.
In the
Region of Murcia (Spain), the difficult conditions for farming, in a dry climate, with hardly any rainfall, lack of water and challenging soil conditions, which have given rise to a constant need for technological innovation aimed at finding effective solutions for the highest possible profitability and first-class products.
This has made the
