Sigma Ittica S.L. was established in 2.009. We mainly deal with Mullet BOUTARGUE or POUTARGUE (Mugil Cephalus) and Special SMOKED FISH: Tuna (Thunnus Albacares), Swordfish (Xiphias Gladius) and Marlin (Makaira Indica).  Furthermore, we will shortly and proudly launch our Daniela Reina own smoked brand.
