Deortegas Almazara; we are experienced farmers specialized in the cultivation of olives which we grow in two dry lots of land, “Los  Charquillos”  and “ Hoya Hermosa”, both in Yecla.
We take great care over production, selecting and picking olives in the very tree by means of mechanical tools so as not to damage them. Olives are then put in boxes, transported, cleaned and before 24 hours after picking, their oil is removed by means of the cold extraction technique.
